In order to help broaden your functional mobility, we will take about 10 minutes to perform a Functional Movement Screen to identify what's holding you back.

 

As a FMS Level 1 Certified trainer, I can help program exercises and movements that will aid in opening up your functional mobility.

This will aid in reaching your goals as well as help to prevent injury, allowing you do what you love, longer.
